General provisions

These purchase and sale rules (hereinafter - the Rules) determine the mutual rights, duties and responsibilities of the person purchasing goods in the online store www.silvercharge.lt (hereinafter - the Buyer) and MB SILVERCHARGE SUPPLY (hereinafter - the Seller). By purchasing goods, the Buyer agrees to abide by these Rules.

Delivery of goods

After ordering goods at www.silvercharge.lt or by e-mail, the goods will be delivered to the address specified by the Buyer by another company's courier (e.g. DPD, Omniva, Venipak), by the Seller's courier (belonging to or representing, working at MB SILVERCHARGE SUPPLY) or to the nearest post office to the Buyer's address.

All delivery costs are paid by the Seller (MB SILVERCHARGE SUPPLY).

Delivery of goods to the Buyer is free (except for returns).

The goods are sent no longer than 1 day

Products with a specified longer delivery period are dispatched from the warehouse later. The approximate delivery time of the product is indicated in the product box in the online store.

The seller transmits the information to the buyer with information on the shipment of the goods.

Usually, goods are delivered in Lithuania within 1-3 working days if the goods are in stock in Lithuania. Goods are delivered to other European countries within 3-7 working days. The goods are sent from Lithuania.

The goods are sent from Poland or another country of the European Union, if the delivery time of the goods is indicated as longer in the product box in the online store.

The buyer does not pay any related product duties or other additional charges for delivery.

The delivery time of the goods may change on holidays or due to unforeseen circumstances. The Seller undertakes to inform the Buyer about this.

In Vilnius, goods can be delivered on the same day after the Seller contacts the Buyer and agrees on a suitable delivery time.

The buyer undertakes to indicate the exact place of delivery of the goods to the seller during the order. The buyer is fully responsible for the correctness of the data provided by him.

Upon delivery of the goods to the address specified by the buyer, it is considered that the goods have been delivered to the Buyer, regardless of whether the goods are actually accepted by the Buyer or any other person who accepted the goods at the specified address. If the goods are not delivered on the scheduled day of delivery, the Buyer shall inform the Seller immediately, but no later than within 24 hours after the scheduled day of delivery of the goods. Otherwise, the Buyer loses the right to submit claims to the Seller related to non-delivery or late delivery of goods.

If the goods are not in stock, and the Buyer has paid money for the goods, the Seller undertakes to immediately notify the Buyer of the changed expected delivery date, possible delay, and offer a similar product if the delivery date is not satisfactory to the Buyer.

Returns and Exchanges

The returned goods must be safely packed in the original packaging, without losing the appearance of the goods, intact and undamaged: intact labels, untorn original protective packaging of the goods and other components. Goods will not be accepted back if they have been used and/or have been damaged and/or have lost their commercial appearance (changes to the appearance of the product and its packaging, which were necessary to inspect the product, are not considered essential changes to the appearance of the product).

When returning the goods, the buyer may be asked to provide photos indicating the condition of the returned goods and is responsible for the safe delivery of the returned goods, safe packaging of the goods when they are sent back.

In accordance with the procedure stipulated by law, the Seller undertakes to return the money to the Buyer within 14 days after the purchase of the product, when the product is in a suitable condition, i.e. no violations, damages, unchanged parts, the serial number of the purchased and returned product matches.

As an important part of our value-added chain, we offer a 30-day return policy. The item you wish to return must be in perfect/unused condition. You will receive a refund when the product reaches our warehouse and we evaluate its condition (the product must reach us in its original packaging with all the original accessories). If you want to apply for a product return, please fill out the return form (contact us on Facebook or by e-mail and we will send you the form) so that we can continue your refund procedure and inform you about the next steps.

The cost of returning the product is paid by the Buyer.

The Buyer is responsible for the proper assembly and packaging of the returned goods. The goods must be packed in such a way that they can be transported safely and avoid any damage to the goods.

In all cases of return, the buyer must first contact MB SILVERCHARGE SUPPLY contacts and only after receiving information from the company employee can make the return via courier or postal machine.

Buyer's rights

The buyer has the right to access his data, which we receive using cookies and process. Also, the Buyer has the right to demand the correction of incorrect, incomplete, inaccurate data.

Responsibilities and rights of the seller

The seller undertakes to create conditions for the buyer to properly use the services provided by the electronic store. The seller does not provide any guarantees that the electronic store will operate without interruption or that data transmission will be error-free. The Seller is not responsible for any losses of the Buyer related to malfunctions of the electronic store and/or data transmission errors.

The Seller, in the event of important circumstances, being unable to provide the ordered product to the Buyer, undertakes to offer an analogous product, and if the Buyer refuses to accept the analogue of the product, to return the money paid by the Buyer within 14 working days. In this case, the Seller is released from responsibility for non-delivery of the goods.

The Seller has the right to unilaterally change these Terms and Conditions. Changes take effect from the moment of publication for all transactions concluded after publication.

Shared responsibility

The buyer is responsible for the correctness of the data provided. The buyer assumes responsibility for the consequences arising from the error or inaccuracy of the data provided to the seller.

The seller is not responsible for the fact that, due to the characteristics of the computer equipment (or telephone, etc.) used by the Buyer, the goods displayed in the online store do not correspond to the actual size, color and shape of the goods in their color, shape or other parameters.

Data protection

We apply this Privacy and Cookies Policy (hereinafter - the Policy) when you visit the silvercharge.lt website. This Policy does not apply when you browse other websites by accessing the silvercharge.lt electronic store.

We collect the data of visitors to the Silvercharge.lt electronic store in compliance with the Law on Legal Protection of Personal Data of the Republic of Lithuania, the Law on Electronic Communications of the Republic of Lithuania, the laws on the protection of personal data of the European Union, other related legal acts and the instructions of controlling authorities.

By pressing the button "Order" or another function of the same, i.e. the button confirming the order of the product, the Buyer confirms that he agrees to provide his personal data to the Seller and does not object to the personal data provided by him being processed by the Seller both for identification of the Buyer, conclusion of contracts, performance (online shopping ), both for direct marketing purposes. The Seller indicates that the Seller will not process the personal codes of the Buyer (if he is a natural person) for the purpose of direct marketing.

By clicking the "Subscribe to news" button or another similar button, the Buyer indicates that he agrees to receive information and advertising materials about services, goods from the Seller by SMS message and/or call to the specified mobile phone number, and/or by e-mail.

By pressing the "Order" button, or another same function, i.e. the button confirming the product order, confirms that he has the right to refuse to provide his personal data, but understands that personal data is necessary and necessary in order to unambiguously identify the Buyer and/or his representatives for the conclusion of contracts, execution (online shopping ) purposes and without providing personal data and/or not consenting to their processing for the above purposes, will not be able to conclude and/or execute the contract.

Final Provisions

The Buyer and the Seller agree that all information that is provided on the Seller's online store website (including, but not limited to these Terms and Conditions, information about the Seller, the offered goods and services and their characteristics, the Buyer's rights to refuse the purchase and sale contract implementation procedure) is considered to be provided To the buyer in writing.

All disputes arising out of or related to the purchase and sale agreement between the Buyer and the Seller shall be resolved by negotiation. If it is not possible to reach an agreement, disagreements are resolved in accordance with the procedure established by the legal acts of the Republic of Lithuania.
